White River Bluffs features bluffs rising 85 feet above the river\, where some of the oldest trees in Indianapolis display beautiful fall colors. White River Bluffs features bluffs rising 85 feet above the river\, where some of the oldest trees in Indianapolis display beautiful fall colors.
